What can i do when my registrar won't give me the transfercode?
When you want to transfer a .nl domain, the old registrar is obligated to deliver the transfercode within 5 working days. This code is needed to finish the transfer.
Does your registrar not deliver the code within 5 working days, then try a second time. You can also find an example on how to do so on this page of SIDN.
Do you still not get a transfer code, then you can contact the new registrar who will then contact SIDN in order to force a transfercode.
