How do i enable maintenance mode?
By enabling maintenance mode, you show your visitors that the website is temporarily unavailable. This is useful when you are starting big updates. This is how to turn it on:
- Log into the control panel
- Click on 'Hosting Packages' and select the package on which you want to enable maintenance mode
- Choose the tab 'Wordpress' and go to 'Tools'
- Turn the switch next to 'Maintenance' on to enable the feature
