How can i adjust the size of my mailbox?
If you're using a 5 or 50 Mailbox Pack you'll be able to adjust the size of one mailbox or spread the extra space across different mailboxes.
- 5 Mailbox Pack: 5GB of Shared Storage across 5 mailboxes. You can allocate 1, 2, 3 or 5GB to a mailbox
- 50 Mailbox Pack: 50GB of Shared Storage across 50 mailboxes. You can allocate 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10GB to a mailbox.
To adjust the size you can follow these steps:
- Log into our control panel
- Click on 'Active domain names'
- Click on the domain where the mailbox you'd like to change is located.
- Go to the 'Mail' tab
- Scroll until you see the mailbox you want to adjust and click on the 3 dots to the right of the mailbox.
- Click on 'Edit'
- Click on the size to open the drop-down menu and select the size you want to change to mailbox to.
- Click the Save button
